OVERVIEW:

The Program Development Consultant will play a pivotal role in expanding educational opportunities through partnerships with universities, supporting student recruitment initiatives, and establishing foundational and degree pathway programs. This role will also oversee the student onboarding process, including university applications, visa processing, and ensuring all requirements for international study are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and establish partnerships with Universities for student recruitment, foundational and degree pathway programs.
  • Make sure all contracts, partnership agreements and renewals are properly managed.
  • Work closely with Business Development Team to design and execute student recruitment strategies targeting local and international markets.
  • Take care of students through University application processes including document preparation, submission and all the necessary.
  • Provide pre-departure briefings and cultural orientation for students.
  • Make sure all visa applications and compliance with immigration requirements.
  • Collaborate with Training Team to develop foundational programs that meet University prerequisites.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and partnerships, making improvements as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of partnerships, student applications, and progress reports.
  • Stay updated on global education trends, admission policies, and visa regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment and program development goals.
  • Study assigned learning paths within set deadlines
  • Attend and report progress update on every weekly meeting
  • Collaborate with other colleagues to achieve common objectives.

responsible for implementing and supporting enterprise platform solutions, including servers, storage,

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise platforms (servers, storage systems, virtualization, and cloud

environments).

Required Qualifications:

• In-depth experience with:

• Operating Systems: Linux (RHEL/CentOS/AlmaLinux/Ubuntu), Windows Server

• Virtualization: KVM, vSphere/ESXi, Proxmox VE

• Storage: SAN/NAS systems (Hitachi, Dell EMC, HPE, NetApp, Brocade)
